Some business owners have clean books and messy banking. Revenue arrives through processors, across several accounts, mixed with transfers, and twenty-four months of statements would take a week to assemble and a month to explain. For those borrowers the profit and loss statement is the better document, and this card is built around it.
The published documentation is a P&L statement and a business license. The card carries the same careful framing as its sibling: distinct approval parameters for borrowers that have demonstrated the ability to repay a loan but cannot qualify for a standard mortgage program. The two benefits are stated plainly: qualify using your business's 12 month P&L statement, and no tax returns or W2s required.
The published terms are the Non-QM program's: loans from $200,000 to $10,000,000 on terms of 5 to 30 years, with the rate and leverage set per file. Against the bank statement card the difference is the evidence rather than the numbers: a profit and loss statement and a business license in place of months of statements.
