Mortgage broker partner program -
Premium Broker Rebates Paid is stated on the multi-family and the retail, office and industrial programs, and referral partners get paid when we fund the deal. The schedule for a specific program or referral is set with your Account Executive when you partner up; figures are not published on this page.
Referral partner program -
The same four steps every borrower gets: complete the application, submit required documentation, sign the Letter of Intent, and we process and close the loan in 5-7 days. The hard money residential and commercial bridge loans can close in as quickly as 3 days.
How borrowing works -
The property address, the purchase price or value, the loan amount, the borrower's plan for the exit, and for rehab and construction files the application, a schedule of real estate owned and proof of funds.
