A DIRECT LENDER, NOT A MIDDLEMAN.
Loan Goat is a direct lender. We represent Innovative Capital REIT, a bridge lender $100,000,000 in size, and fund with in house private capital. When a file does not fit that capital, we place it with one of the lenders in a network built over years of closings.
The firm has funded over $1.5 Billion in loan volume since 2022, on residential and commercial real estate, and is led by Marine Corps Veteran Milad Shamoun. The practice is built around the files most lenders decline: complex income, tight timelines, property that has to carry the decision.
That range comes from the desk it grew out of. Conventional, VA and FHA first, then Non-QM, where the firm was early to bank statement, profit and loss and DSCR lending, and then commercial and private credit. It is why a borrower can bring one file here instead of three lenders.
Scotsman Guide named Milad Shamoun a top emerging star and top originator in 2026. Loan Goat Inc. operates under Company NMLS 1416824 and Branch NMLS 2554618.
